The new cans use Waves’ Nx technology, Audeze planar magnetic drivers, and are designed for music industry professionals, especially those working in VR and 360.
The Mobius3D headphones are also being slated as the first to “truly deliver on the promise of 3D audio”.
Other features include full 360-degree head tracking, the ability to communicate with the Waves Nx Virtual Mix Room and Waves B360 Ambisonics Encoder plugins, and immersive 3D headphone monitoring of any stereo or surround content.
