NAMM Show 2018: Amptweaker shows off first amplifier prototype

Innovative effects pedal maker Amptweaker has unveiled its first ever amplifier prototype at this year’s NAMM Show.

The new product is a 50W, 2-EL34 amp with 2 channels and promises to go from “super clean” to “extremely heavy”.

Amptweaker is the personal project of James and Phyllis Brown, who are known for their unique pedals such as the Tight Metal Pro, the Bass Tight Drive and the DeFizzerator.

With James having a vast amount of experience in designing amps, fans of the brand have no-doubt been waiting for an Amptweaker amp.

If you’re at NAMM, drop by Booth 4034 and check out the prototype!
